As a shop owner and tattoo artist with nearly 10 years of experience, I am passionate about creating custom tattoos in a family-oriented studio where every style of tattooing is celebrated. I constantly push my craft forward while ensuring that family comes first. When I'm off the clock, I enjoy gaming, cars, and anime, along with offering professional piercings.
Frank has tattooed since 1996 and pierced since 2001. Most of his carrer has been based in Lancaster, an independent artist until 2008 when he went to work for Captian Tattoo, then Tattoos by Mastle in 2009. After Tattoos by MastleFrank branched out into shop ownership opening up Snyder’s Tattoos in 2013, then into partnership with artist Dan Deckard in PA Hardcore, leaving Hardcore to start his career in York PA in 2015 working for both Sin on the Skin in York city and Flesh Expressions in Dover PA. During the Mastle years and on until 2016 Frank did multiple events around PA from the Lancaster Tattoo Convention, to Rally on the River, Nuttin Fancy and a bunch of East Penn Motorcycle events. He now is apart of our growing team here at Sinister Ink.
Christine was born and raised in Western NY. She displayed a sense of creativity and imagination throughout her childhood and teenage years, enrolling in an art program after graduating high school. In 2011, she continued an art centric education, attending Tom Savini's Special Make-up Effects Program at Douglas Education Center in Moness
Christine was born and raised in Western NY. She displayed a sense of creativity and imagination throughout her childhood and teenage years, enrolling in an art program after graduating high school. In 2011, she continued an art centric education, attending Tom Savini's Special Make-up Effects Program at Douglas Education Center in Monessen, PA, receiving an Associate Degree. Moving to Buffalo, NY, Christine worked a series of day jobs while doing art as a hobby, occasionally taking commissions from friends. In 2023, she began to pirsue a career in tattooing and obtained a traditional tattoo apprenticeship. Her focus is on subjects related to nature, mythology, and pagan/occult symbology.
Reuben is the new apprentice at Sinister Ink & Co. He’s been hanging around shops and getting tattooed for the last 15+ years.

Currently, his tattoo interests are in American traditional, as he progresses he would enjoy branching out to Japanese traditional, geometric/tribal etc.
Outside of the shop, you can find him hanging out with my dogs, toying in the garage, or out hiking with his girl.
